After careful consideration - (and fear of retribution) - I am only going to state the FACTS:

1. no show on appointment 1/5, 1/6, 1/28, 1/29

2. quoted $250 - tried to get $350, told they would make it right for free - tried to get $100 and now i still have to call someone else

3. called a liar and hung up on by owner.

Need I really say more? I think you can fill in the blanks.

This company gave me price range and then added another 50.00 to the total . This quote was for my parents who are senior citizens.



I asked them to call me with the final price, before cleaning. Never received a call with the final price. I asked them to arrive about 2PM, they called to asked directions and they arrived about 40 minutes too early, so my parents didn't have time to go to the bank.



I wouldn't use them again. If you are quoted a range and told it won't be more than this amount ....then that is what you expect! Even worse to do this to the senior citizens.
