HIGHLY UNSATISFIED!!! We recently purchased Fantail Goldfish,feeder fish and a frog for an existing tank which has been maintained for 2+ years with no water problems. After adding the new fish & frog, within a week, the tank is infested with ICK! Only 1 survivor in our once beautiful aquarium. Thanks Inland Reef, Cross Lanes WV!

I was also in the store. I own numerous reptiles, and have worked in a pet store. I am quite familar with what to look for in the animals, and after being a store manager I know customer service. I could not get ANYONE to help me. I even tried stopping a lady to get me something that was locked up. I had no luck. I left VERY unhappy and with out the product I needed. I think every place deserves a second chance, also seeing as how they are the only local place that had what I needed I went back, I stood at the register for a few minutes before getting help, and I finally got what I needed. I personally would not recomend this place to anyone until they get the crap together, adn hire some people that know animals, and customer service!!!!
