The apartments themselves are very nice and clean, they are well kept and quiet. But the real trouble comes with the management. The woman that runs the place is never there and if you try and get a hold of the on site manager, John, he either blows everyone off or will complain about you to other neighbors. He is constantly yelling and cussing, which can be heard from many apartments, including ones with children.

We needed to move early due to issues with my mother, we had 4 couples ready to move in and start a new lease to replace ours, this place wouldn't have lost any money and could have added many more months of rent by allowing us to be replaced by a new couple. The managers refuses to work with us, evening going as far as to say that we could not move without their permission.



Unless you love dealing with hot heads, I would find a new place.

they don't answer there phones they use kids to pick up trash witch is illegal they refuse to fix and thing and the right side of the stove did not work
