I have to say how disappointed I am . The fried chicken was dried out, hard the Mac and cheese was also. The biscuit crumbled in my hand. Will not go there again

DO NOT EAT AT THIS CHICKEN EXPRESS! I WAS THERE LAST NIGHT AND WAITED OVER 30 MINUTES WITH ONE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. THE GIRL CAME OUT TO TAKE PAYMENTS WHILE WE WERE WAITING IN THE LINE. SHE LOST MY RECEIPT AND WHEN I CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT THIS MORNING I WAS CHARGED 17.95 FOR MY # 1 THAT IS 8 DOLLARS. I CALLED THE STORE TO REPORT AND THE MANAGER TIMOTHY TOLD ME IF I HAD OF CALLED LAST NIGHT THEY COULD HAVE FIXED IT AND THURSDAY IS THEIR BUSIEST NIGHT SO THAT WAS NORMAL. NO APOLOGY AND BLAMED ME. TERRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL HAVE TO DISPUTE THIS THROUGH MY BANK JUST ON PRINCIPAL AND WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.

Loved Chicken Express when I lived in Dallas... i always had either the gizzards or catfish plate. I moved to Cross Roads Texas and was thrilled when they built one here. For the last 4 days i have gone to the resturant for gizzards and each time i have been told that they were out of gizzards or the fryer was turned off. I even went at different hours and the result was the same. I guess they do not want me as a customer
