We spent a significant amount with them only to have
ordered items arrive months late.

SEVERAL WEEKS after our furniture was supposed to arrive we still don’t have anything. we had to make several phone calls to finally have someone tell us there’s a delay. then, they informed us the contract we signed allows for delays. why do they even give a shipping estimate to customers? by that logic it could be another year before we get our couch, even though we have already paid for it. save your time and money. go somewhere that actually gives you the furniture you bought.
