Fast shipping, quality parts, highly knowledgeable, great customer service. For anyone who owns a waste oil furnace, I highly recommend.

they got my furnace running like a dream, and were happy to answer my questions via phone, and I received my parts in a timley manner.

Terrible customer service, sent me the wrong part then expected me to ship it back to them on my dime. When I tried to resolve the issue over the phone I was cussed out and told to never call back. It is quite obvious that Nick P who gave 5 stars is the receptionist at the company giving a false review.

Very patient and ready to help. Free service over the phone is not found very often. Also have to love when you actually talk to a real person every time! Their parts are high quality, none of this cheap crap from other companies.

Will NOT STAND BEHIND WARRANTY. Very RUDE, one of the worst businesses have ever delt with. Tried to talk to and all they do is hang up. Will do business with Lanair direct and they are cheaper and very helpful
