The staff is completely rude they need to be taught better customer service. The owner sings that she " was raised to understand that your integrity is your most important quality and asset. I'm always truthful even it means admitting a mistake or giving a refund. Anyone can say this but actions are the proof." My Goodness complete LIES, she doesn't even know the definition of what integrity is. When you own a business you do not to maliciously things to your customer who pay very good for a service. How business works is if you pay a service you should receive that service that service The business owner arent suppose to STEAL your money and provide a service. I strongly advise anyone who is need of shipping/ postal box to stay clear of this place. The owners do wrong to customer and thinks its funny They do nothing to try to correct their wrong which very shocking when they say their truthful. I do not see this place staying is business to long if they don't make their wrongs right!
