I am a food safety instructor and am well aware that you can't possibly do everything Sersafe expects in reality. This restaurant should be closed because it is filthy and employees do not practice food safety!!!! I could not force myself to over look the filth, took my food home to the dogs. I would never let my Food Safety Certicate hang on the wall of a business like that, no pride!!!!
