I moved from a near by facility last month to 1187 Self Storage and I could not be happier! The units are kept very clean and the employees are efficient and friendly. After looking around in the Crowley area, I found that they have the best prices and they best met my needs.

I am a tenant of Spare Room since August '10 and I just absolutly love the welcoming owners, great clean units, and accessability to my items as needed. Everytime I have been at my storage unit the owner always comes out and speaks and is very friendly and helpful. Wanting to know what they could to to make things better. The renovations have come along GREAT. I would recomment storing your items with this company to anyone. I am 120% Happy with Spare Room Mini Storage and look forward to doing business with them everytime I am in need of a storage unit for any reason.

Wow, what happened to this place??? New ownership has completely refurbished this facility. New office, new security fence, boat and RV parking, clean and secure units. New on-site live in managers are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices and specials are the best in town. 1187 Self Storage/ Spare Room Mini Storage is the best value I could find in the Crowley/ Burleson area.
