Provided by YPmobileThis company came to our rescue on a 100+ degree day. They fixed our unit the same day although we have a home warranty company we know how long parts take to get from our home warranty. Steve is extremely knowledgable and has parts on hand. We hired this company retail outside of our home warranty due to we could not wait. Thank you and we will call again...

Provided by YP.comWorst company I have ever dealt with,very dishonest,This company is a scam and has horrible customer service. the warranty company set me up and it was horrible choice no respect from the Steve to return my phone call or my text for any update. if i have the option to give zero or below one star i will do it.
Not recommend it to anyone.

Provided by YP.comPlain awful. Misdiagnosed my AC. tested the unit with used parts. Dragged their knuckles on ordering parts and never filed a claim with my insurance company. Switched companies after waiting almost a month for a nonexistent fix.

Provided by YP.comWarranty company assigned Circle A to me to service AC. 1st app. was May 5th. I called and requested a different service date due to the fact that I am a teacher and the end of the year's schedule is crazy, making it very hard to take off from work. Company came out on Saturday and checked upstairs and outside unit. Company's tech said he was going to put a dye in the system to detect freon leaks and would come back out to check it in 48 hours. Next appointment was on May 7th and I requested that the tech come out after 4:30. He agreed. Monday afternoon, I called the company and had to leave a message on machine. I was confirming the 4:30 appointment time. No returned call. 4:30-6 p.m. appointment window came and went. Tuesday called & left messages. Called three more times with no returned calls. Wednesday, called warranty company and they stated that I would have to attempt one more time before they reassigned claim. The customer rep tried calling and received machine. On way home called and got machine -left message. A few minutes later the owner, Steve, stated that he just got messages. Steve stated that there was an appointment, but not till the 17th of May. Told him his son set an appointment with me for Monday and Steve apologized. Set appointment for Thursday, May 10th. I got home in time to see a black RAM truck pulling away form the neighborhood. (I just knew that was the tech.) At 5:24, I called and asked when the tech was coming. Steve said he'd already been there. Black truck had been tech'! I told him he did not stay very long. Steve stated he was going to come out himself to take care of AC. He said he would not be able to be there until 6:45. I stated that's fine, but that son had baseball game at 7. 6:45 came and went -no call or Steve.Called several times. 7:20, called and left message that I couldn't wait any longer. I called the warranty company on way to game and they reassigned claim. Circle A has terrible customer service.

Provided by YP.comWorst company I have ever dealt with. Steve sent out a teenager who said we had a bad float switch. Told us we had to wait 4 days for a replacement to be ordered. Day they were supposed to be out, Friday, it was raining and Steve called and said they could not replace float switch in the house due to possible electrocution. Scheduled for following Tuesday. Steve never showed up or returned calls during the day. I left him a nasty message at 5:30 that evening and he then called to try and lie about an excuse. Steve is a liar and a crook. He likes to collect a deductible for home warranty work and then never do the job. Turns out my outside unit had a cracked fan and burned up motor. Air handler had a freon leak. Our entire AC system has been replaced. The float switch was fine though. I can't say enough bad things about Steve or warn people enough to stay away from him and his company. If your home warranty company tells you to call them, tell them you want a different company. A homeless person off the street can do more for you than Steve and his company can.

Provided by YP.comThis company is a scam and has horrible customer service. This company is money hungry. They were contracted out by Sears to come to the house and replace a part for my A/C. The technician came out on a Friday, he said he did not have the part and would have to get it from the Warehouse and replace it the next day. The next day comes along and I didn't receive a call from this company. On Tuesday I call them and Steve said the part will be here on Thursday but will come on Friday to install the part. I told Steve I am the customer it would've been nice to receive a call to know what's going on I shouldn't have to call you. So Friday comes along so it is almost 8 pm and Steve doesn't have the common courtesy to call and let me know what going on so I have to call back again. This time Steve goes off on me, I am like really what kind of customer service is this. I was treated like this because Steve is a racist who stole my money.

Provided by YP.comThis company makes appointments and does not show up. They don’t even have the courtesy to call and cancel. They just don’t show up. We paid our deductible 3 weeks ago and they have no showed 3 times. Don’t trust this company for repairs.

Provided by YPmobileThis company came to my rescue at 9pm on a Sunday night. I called in an emergency 4 other companies all with answering services but this company actually answered the phone there self. I informed the very nice lady of my problem and she said she could have a technician at my house within the hour. I asked her what my overtime charge would be and she informed me there is no overtime charge we are ACTUALLY open 24hrs no gimmicks no games.. the technician arrived at my home promptly diagnosed my AC and informed me of every step all while carrying a flashlight to do his job.. after agreeing to a very minimal price I had AC again.. highly recommend this company. Honest dependable proffessional clean a true HVAC company.. Thank you Angela and Steve for saving my elderly father from a heat stroke. Forever our go to guys Larry....
