I completely agree with the review below! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!! Oh and buy the way don't try to give them a coupon. When we dropped off our clothes and tried to hand them the coupon we were told that that we have to pay when we pick-up. That was fine until I went to pick-up the clothes and handed over the ticket with the coupon. I was then told that I should have given them the coupon when I dropped off the clothes. REALLY! I told the woman that we tried to do just that and she told me "No you didn't" REALLY! I guess she is calling us liars! THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE! PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! SO DISHONEST! FYI my bill total was $111.00 so my little 25% off coupon would not have hurt them that much. Its just the principle. By the way there is a cleaners that is right across the street it is AWESOME we found them after this happened.
