I am a 27 year veteran letter carrier. I went to a chiropractor for numbness in my arm and hand from repetitive stress and got marginal results. I sought a massage therapist with experience with repetitive stress. I have had great results with Julie Jones at A Vital Touch! She is highly experienced and knowledgeable. I spoke to my Dr about her therapy and he was very impressed with her techniques and experience. I have finally found a massage therapist I can believe in and trust to help me stay pain free and balanced!

Many health care providers have treated me to date for a difficult pain syndrome. Massage Therapist Julie Jones at A Vital Touch has been one of the most helpful in relieving my muscular pain.

Therapist Jones is a true health care provider and is as important to my treatment team as have been any of my other health care providers. She was my first and only experience with massage therapy and the experience was a truly positive one.

I wish more physicians would recommend massage therapy because it was far more helpful than I anticipated that it would be.
