UNTRUSTWORTHY!! Oil Exchange didn't tighten the lug nuts on the tires, so I lost one. Dangerous, and they charged me a lot of money to fix it.
We decided to give them a second chance. My husband took it in for oil changes on both vans. Soon after, our Kia had oil pressure issues. It wouldn't accelerate correctly. Took it back to Oil Exchange. They told us to take it to their repair shop - where they would charge us for services. We didn't trust them, so we took it to a different place. They told us that the air intake hose was no longer attached. We spent around $250 to get it fixed. I took the receipts to Oil Exchange and explained the situation to them. One of the mechanics said, "Oh yeah, that sounds about right." They sent me to the "Corporate Office". The owner was condescending, arrogant, rude, and unwilling to compensate me for my expenses. I will be turning this in to the BBB. It seems to me that there are too many "Mistakes" taking place at the expense of the customer.
