I was looking for a repair manual for my truck and none of the other auto parts stores in the area had them in stock and when I asked them about it they just said that they don't publish that particular vehicle and year yet. So I tried O'Reilly and the guy at the counter also said they don't have any in stock, so he took the time to call the manufacturer direct to see it that particular model is avaliable. They told him yes but it has to be orderd on their website. So even though he didn't make any money from me, he took the time to help me get what i needed. Thats what customer service is about. He put my needs before worrying about making a buck!
