Administration fails to inform you about caregiver services, cancellations, etc. They expect you to find your own replacement help & do not guarantee that an aide/caregiver will show up. Have experienced frequent no-shows, cancellations and other poor service. Administrative staff fails to return phone calls, forgets to find replacements/fill-ins. They do not care if you receive staffing or not.
