    Unreliable

    I setup an appointment with Cavalier Septic and the service calls were 3-4 weeks out. So I set up the service about 1 month in advance. The day of service comes and no call, no show. I call them that afternoon and asked when they were going to show up. They said let me look into it and call you back....No response. I called then 2 days later and left them a message about them not showing up and trying to reschedule. Well, you guessed it...I still had not heard from them. SO if you are looking for UNreliable service they are 5 stars.
