I love this location. The workers are so friendly & knowledgable. I signed up for the monthly membership and it has been wonderful!! Quality tanning beds for such a great price!!

The place itself is nice, and clean. But their billing practices are shady. I wish I had read reviews prior to signing a contract and maybe I wouldnt havent gotten burnt. You will sign the contract for XXX AMOUNT of months and then they will charge you more than what you signed up for. And claim that your first payment was not part of your package and they have NO WAY of adjusting payments. You also have to cancel in a 15 day window or you are also responsible for the next months' payment as well. The reviews are recent reviews so dont let them tell you it was from when they updated their systems. Oh and they're in NO HURRY to make contact with upset customers. They'd rather risk losing business.

The rooms/place is clean and looks nice. The staff is pretty helpful. I have been using their sunless spray tan and can honestly say it is 100X's better The Tan Co. Not only do they offer drying and conditioner spray with their spray tans but they turn out way more even and natural looking. Spray tans are basically priced at $20 for 2 including a packet of pre tan lotion. Their beds are also nice and bulbs seem to be replaced as needed.

4 stars and not 5 because they never answer their phone and sometimes when you walk in you have to wait until the person working notices you are there (usually in back somewhere cleaning or something).

Customer service is fantastic! The girls are always smiling, very nice and helpful. I only have one complaint, it is way to hot in there. It would be nice to walk out of the tanning bed into a cool room rather than a hot one. They need to set the airconditioning lower. Then I would be able to give a 5 star rating.

i am 24 years old have been tanning at pacific beach for a couple of month now, well i walked in the other day to pay for a week of tanning for a student and they informed me that only students 23 and younger get the dicount. If u ask me that is age discrimination. It should not matter how old u r as long as u r a student u should get the discount. And besides that they had been giving me the discount the whole time i have been tanning there and i was 24 then also... so i will never tan there again!
