Credit card number was not taken wrong, the fleet management office that handles all their cars had the incorrect amount. Not only that, it takes half an hour on the phone just to get approval for a simple tire repair with that company. It was their error and not Crystal Tires'.

As far as rude and condescending, not at all. Come in for yourself, the service is great!

Rude and condescending. After Joey contacted my company for payment, he wrote the credit card number down wrong and when he called again they were closed and he refused to give me my car because he screwed up. I had to expense it. I listened to him hang up on someone at my company twice. They don't need my business.
