I have been taking my dogs to Banfield for the last 8 years, in Arizona, than here in Crystal Lake. We have been very happy with the vets and all of the support staff. The long hours make scheduling much easier. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the people at Banfield got to know my dogs, and that they recognized me if I was shopping at PetSMart. Even though it is within a large chain store, it still feels personal, like “the vets office”.

I used to travel a lot with my dogs, and having clinics near any place I went made the need to carry their vet records a thing of the past. I also have both of them on the wellness plan, which has made their routine annual care much more affordable. Whether you are looking for quality care, good hours, convenience, or probably all three, that is what you can get at Banfield.
