My first court appearance Randall Baudin Failed to show up called the office and after 45 min got hold of the secretary she was able to get a hold of the lawyer he said just go. In and ask for a continuance. had no idea what to do. Another lawyer asked me if I needed a lawyer and she went in front of a judge and we asked for a continuance. That was unprofessional. He was always late and his secretary would text me to say he's on his way . Every time I had to go to court he asked the judge for another date. during This 9 month period. I asked his secretary for the discovery from the other party IE videotapes and any other evidence . he told me we had to plead guilty since I could not prove my innocence I didn't get the evidence until it was all over. I finally got the evidence that was provided from the store ( it was a shoplifting charge). The information of what they had on me and they said that I stole 8 pairs of prescription glasses frames which I did take 5 and they said each pair was $99 which is false they were $39 to $49 Therefore they say over $800 when it was under $300 . Also my signature was clearly falsified on three documents! I contacted Mr. Baudin and he said he did not think they were forged . I even sent a copy of my signature from one of the other pages with my actual signature from another document in the file showing the ones which were clearly not my signature . After I got the evidence and sent an email to the lawyer and he emailed back saying he would be happy to change the plea for another $2500 and he said he did not think the signatures were different when they clearly were. He was so unprofessional. I don't believe he ever once thought of the client and their feelings, always being late and always saying I'll get to that and never ever did
