Have only ordered for take out but each time our order of two items and egg rolls has been excellent!

THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Not 1 chance Not 2 Chances, but 3 chances!!!! Not only do they not listen to the customer asking for EXTRA soy sauce, but their food is the blandest and tasteless chinese food I have EVER tasted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MISSIN on China Palace and will now take the drive to L.I.T.H to Lily garden !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to Chen's for RIPPING ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've never been so appalled by a manager in my life. We ordered for delivery and our food was not only incorrect but ice cold. When we called, the manager yelled at us that it was cold outside and that we shouldn't expect hot food when it is cold. In addition, they wouldn't resend the order. He said they were too busy and they would only offer us store credit for next time.



Sadly, there will not be a next time. Disrespecting a customer by yelling and telling them they are too busy to fix the job they should have done right is not the way to remain in business.
