I hired them to make repairs to a 12 year old commercial flat roof on a building in Lake in the Hills. I paid them promptly on 6-16-16, the next time it rained, the leak was still happening. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and hired them to come out again. I paid them again on 6-30-16 to repair the same roof. On 9-14-16 I called them back again for another leak in the same roof. And again the roof still leaked. When I called back to speak with them about the roof still leaking a fourth time after I had already paid them $1,325 I had trouble getting a returned phone call. When I did eventually speak to Mike Lesko, I was told that it would cost over $1,000 for them to come back. He stated that on their proposal it clearly states there is no guarantee that the roof repair will work. I guess they really mean it. NO GUARANTEE, that they know what they are doing or will do the job properly. The roof leaked each time after they had supposedly fixed it. I should have signed the agreement writing there was no guarantee I would pay them the money. They took me for a fool, don't make the same mistake I did.
