Worst service! The owners are very rude and believe that their customers do not matter. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I am asking all of you to never to give the Crystal Lake Rib house your business ever again. I can't even explain how upset I am right now and I usually do not like to bad mouth but the moral of the story is....... we waited a 1/2 hour to be seated and when I confronted the owner (I believe) about why she just seated a group of people who just walked in. She told me that since I did not run a restaurant I just could not understand. Needless to say my husband and I both got upset and decided to leave......As we were walking out the door...... the lady physically pushed me out the door. I cannot believe that this place is still in business when they have such horrible service. I could keep going, but that's it for now!
