I've been in this store one time. They were, as jpshorts below said, rude. I didn't even look at what they had. I walked in, got looked up and down at, they crossed their arms, and I left. Will never give them business. I gave them one star because I had to...deserve none.

Beware! I took my wedding band that had a loose and chipped diamond into the store to get the diamond replaced. Upon pick-up I noticed they had replaced it with a smaller diamond (easily noticed when the setting is a row of diamonds). When I pointed this out, they tried to deny it. When I insisted that they take a closer look they were rude to me. Finally after several minutes of ignoring me and talking among themselves, they grudgingly said they would fix it. There was no apology. After leaving the store I called my husband, he was astonished by the situation. He called Dalzell's and expressed that he was dissatisfied, and that he would be by to pick up the ring and expected a refund. When my husband arrived at the store the owner was extremely rude and hostile about our dissatisfaction, which reveals his guilt of running a shady business. Bottom line...they got caught! Their reputation supersedes their integrity and service.

I can not say enough about this place. We usually bought our jewelry here and occasionally my husband would buy at Zales. Dalzell stands behind their jewelry and their work. When I have had a problem they always take care of it - above and beyond what I expect. For example I cleaned my necklace from Zales and a diamond fell out. Luckily I recovered the diamond and brought it to Zales where they wanted to charge me $30 plus dollars to set the stone back in their piece. I had a ring that I took to Dalzells to fix a prong. A couple months later the prong wore down and I lost the diamond. I took it to Dalzells and they not only fixed it free but replaced the diamond no charge. I don't buy jewelry from anywhere else anymore. They are awesome.
