We have been using Douglas for our cars for 14 years. They've worked on our Ford Ranger, diesel Suburban, Rav4, Plymouth Breeze, and diesel Dodge Ram. Every visit has been handled professionally. When we take a car in we are not concerned with having them try to get the most money out of us. If there are several possibilities, they say that up front, then start with the least expensive.

They also offer a complete inspection of your vehicle that covers about 130 items. At this time the cost is $95. We used that to prepare a car for a long trip, and have recommended the service to people who are in the process of buying a used car.

Everyone in our family uses them, and all are very satisfied with their work. The combination of quality work, good prices, and an honest, customer -satisfaction driven policy is so hard to find. I can't recommend them highly enough.
