Provided by YP.comWe ate at I-HOP for Christmas day dinner. Most of the servers were very busy taking care of their tables. Our server, Melanie, did NOT attend to her tables and was NOT working to care for her customers. Between my husband and I, we had to get up several times looking for anyone to refill our drinks. Then, we had to get our own to go boxes. Melanie never gave us our check, so we got up to leave and went to the cashier to get our check and pay for our food.
