Provided by YP.comThe employee in the Crystal Lake, 5911 Northwest Highway, Ste 108, Crystal Lake, IL 60014, has a horrible attitude,rude to the customers,very abrupt and shows no kindness or friendliness.She should not work with people!! Plus she is incompetent as well: she've read the quantity instructions AFTER the test, so she had me drunk 20!!! Cups of water,and the test came back dilluted.She gives the review of her work BEFORE the procedure,NEVER recommend this location to anyone,I rather go to a different city!!!
