Mr. Franz is the only lawyer I have ever written a review on and rated. That says a lot. Mr. Franz merits my 5 STARS. Since knowing Mr. Franz-- DON IS "THE ONLY LAWYER I WILL EVER HIRE!!"





The 2 "useless", Unassociated, "Weak", ""Inexperienced"" lawyers who I paid retainers did not return calls until Monday afternoon -/ SELLOUTS! Both charged me for voice mails I left trying to get a Status.





Mr. Franz is a professional experienced lawyer.



Don stopped unexpected house visits, strange practices, excessive phone calls, awkward dialogs No matter how many times I opened my door, invited them in, welcomed they go through any room-- by themselves until they scared my daughter showing up standing in my porch or driveway. To her they were strangers. I answered calls and questions-- it was never enough.

Don Franz missed court appearances, missed appointments, and missed filing deadlines. Don never provided me with status reports, copies of correspondence or pleadings that needed to answered. He never knew what was happening with my case. He would scream and yell at me on the phone. I felt trapped by his failure to appear in court, my inability to get of hold him to get my documents back and my money so that I could hire another attorney, and the damage he caused to my case.

Thank you Don for defending me in my divorce case. Thanks for not sugar coating a thing and telling me the truth. Most lawyers just want your money. Don really cares about helping you win. He made going through a divorce so much easier by handling everything for me. He was great! I would recommend this attorney to all!
