The operation they have going with home warranties is a scam. They try to give you a downgraded piece of equipment and tack on all kinds of fees saying these are required based on code. Mike is about as rude as one could be. Steer clear and find somebody else.

Had house built in 2007, plumbing started leaking inside the walls onto the basement floor in 2008. Thought it was condensation until the pipes let loose last year. Opened up the wall and found PVC pipe joints incorrectly sealed with caulk, copper pipe joints leaking, terrible work. Cost me $775 to repair their work. Steer clear of these guys!
