I feel like they’re such good people. I trust them, and they’re honest. I love that you can sense the chemistry between the workers, and it’s very comfortable there. I couldn’t think any more highly of them.

Your knowledge, customer care and fairness exceeded my expectations in your response to my 2007 ford 500 water issue. You diagnosed the problem to be Plugged Cowl Drains. You did what was required to unplug them. You explained why they get plugged and showed me pictures of my car with leaves and other debris plugging the drain. I have had this problem two other times in the seven years I have owned this car. Unfortunately the warranty was expired and Ford was not very sympathetic. My experience with Ford Corporate and the local dealerships was poor compared to how you treated me. The costs to me were much higher at Ford as well. I have gone online and read of many complaints by other Ford 500 owners. They are extremely frustrated with Ford. It is my opinion that the 500 has a design flaw regarding water drainage. In order to reduce seeds, leaves etc from going into the cowl drains I cut some window screen and used duct tape to secure it to the area around the drains. It isn't pretty but is not so obvious either. You can be sure that if I need any autobody work that I will return to you and that I will tell everyone I know that R/K is a reliable and honest company.

My 1999 Camry was hit by fast moving car in the IPASS lane while I was standing still waiting to pay at the O'Hare toll during reconstruction. It only had 30000 miles on it, but needed $7000+ worth of repair! I was SO fortunate to find RK Autobody. They did outstanding work. Ron and everybody there are real people. Their quote was by far the best, but they also took time to explain everything, personally drove me home, and made my car - which was in perfect condition before the accident - look like new again. This was two years ago, my car still looks great and I continue to send my friends there. My daughter drove from Chicago to bring her car to RK. They guarantee their work for the lifetime of the car, and they mean it - even going so far as to advise someone like me, who knows nothing about cars, where to go for 'regular' car problems. Best people in the world, don't hesitate to go there!

I went there, and nice isn’t the word for them--they’re wonderful. In a world where you’re afraid you won’t understand and they won’t do the right things, I completely trust them.
