You guys do know you're a business, right? I was waiting on a package that was sent Priority Mail 2 day shipping and it was already a day late. It was extremely important as I needed it for my business. I had been tracking it and saw that it was at the post office... finally. I called and explained the situation and asked if I could just come in and get it. I knew on one level that it was a possibility that I wouldn't be able to, but wanted to try anyway. The snotty answer I got in reply was unprofessional and unsympathetic. "Too bad. It's back there with 3,000 other packages." Really?! "Too bad"?! Not "I apologize that it won't be able to be delivered on time"? "I understand that the delay is frustrating"? Just anything that would provide some sort of acknowledgement that my business was important to them and they regret the inconvenience? Nope. "Too bad". FedEx and UPS would care and have because they understand that they are a business and there are other options if we are not satisfied with their service. You guys are not the DMV... We have a choice and you guys need to remember that...
