What can I say about All Citrus...at this point nothing good. A year ago we were asked to sign a contract with Kody Anderson and against better judgement, we did. the contract, it was stated the if either party waqnted to cancel service, 30 day notice was needed. No problem right?! Well, I have NEVER paid a bill late except whrn their accountant "forgot" to send us a bill - we were on good terms until about 3 weeks ago when I got home from work and noticed that none of my walkways or back porch had been cleaned off...this made me a little mad because we had just cleaned them. Later in the evening, I let my dog out and heard running in the woods - when I called my dog to come in, he didn't come...well, the lawn men left by fence wide open - We called Kody at 9:30pm that evening and he actually answered the phone - when we told him what happened, he made excuses, our dog has still not come back - so because of something so simple, we have lost our dog. Well, the next day we recieved an email letting us know that ACLM would no longer be servicing our area - when my husband inquired and asked about the contract, we were told Kody would get back with us, well it has been a week and have still heard nothing. The claim that they are Chrisitans and great business men but if you ask me, I don't agree. The don't return calls and treat customers like jusn- they can't even return phone calls...maybe they shouldn't be telling people they are god fearing christians if they can't act like it...oh and they never even appologized for the loss of our dog - and yes the dog is still missing even though he is chipped - I wouldn't waste one cent with this company!!!
