After we got home we realized they gave us undercooked food and missing my childs nuggets tried to call and of course phone stayed busy. Turned around and drove the 5 miles back to tell the manager will that there was no excuse to why our food was undercooked with 5 employees and himself standing around. The Manager on Duty WILL proceeded to get an imediate att i tude and walked away and minutes later threw our money back at us and slammed the window. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO BACK! Total disrespect and CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLING CORP ON MONDAY!

We visited this restaurant on a trip on April 12, 2008. My brother ordered his meal and before my hubby and I could order ours, the manager yelled on the intercom for our server to come to the office. He then proceeded yelling at her and she seemed very insulted and yelled back. The argument continued all the way to the counter where the manager was SCREAMING "Get out of my restaurant--go home!" The server was yelling back "I was not talking about you to the customers, we were just discussing a cashless society".



Apparently, he accused her of talking about him with my brother (?) which is ridiculous. He continued screaming at her and getting in her face and pointing, etc. He is a very big man, so I am sure she was intimidated. I know I was a bit frightened. A



fter she left, he took our order. I (sheepishly) assured him that she was not talking about him and so did the other customer. I was afraid he would throw us out, too but he just said something like "I just asked her a question--she always gets like that" --as if she was responsible for his unprofessionalism and paranoia.



In all my years I have never seen such a display. And probably the worse part is that the other employees just went about their business as if there was nothing new about this. He must go off all the time.



I would recommend that if you go there, don't bring your children--and never, never, strike up a conversation with the server "he" may be watching and get paranoid again!!
