We needed a place for several months to stay while on a job at the nuclear plant. We have a small 3lb dog which sometimes causes a problem with where we can stay and have her with us. At the Crystal Manatee Suites there is no problem. We were welcome along with our dog. The suites are nice and roomy complete with kitchen and laundry facilities. The staff are wonderful people and are available 7 days a week. We have been here since Aug. 09 and may be here till Christmas. They have internet service and cable (HBO), big comfortable beds, the rooms are well insulated so you are never disturbed by your neighbors TV etc.

During the morning it's not unusual to sit around the lush garden and fountain with your free newspaper and make new friends. It's in walking distance of a swimming area and boat ramp. They supply maps giving you all the local attractions. I only hope we get to come back next year. This is where we will stay and we recommend it highly to anyone who needs a quite, safe place to stay, short term or longer term. You will enjoy it either way.

The manager and staff are very nice and go out of their way to assist your every need. We travel all over the southern states for 8 months out of the year and The Crystal Manatee Suites beat any chain type motel/hotel in price, cleanliness and overall enjoyable stay. Thanks to John, Natilie and Gail for making our stay the best.

With a new owner and a great staff makes your stay here a pure delight. The rooms are clean and large enough to make you feel at home. John the manager, Natalie and Gail, staff are on site seven days a week to take care of any needs you might have. We have been here since Aug. and will probably be here another month or more. Next year you can bet we will be back at the Crystal Manatee Suites for another wonderful stay. Close access to swimming, boating and maps to all the local sites of interest.
