Saw the low price for an oil change and a cross on the window, so I decided to try them out as I try to support (supposedly) Christian businesses. Found out that the price wasn't true as they added on for what most places do with an oil change, but that was the smallest problem. I told them there was a clicking sound and asked them to check it out. After an hour and a half wait for the oil change, they told me the clicking came from needing a new belt. So I had them do it. Two hours later they had the new belt, but the clicking was still going on. They said it was the tensioner that needed to be replaced. They didn't have the part, but would be able to do it first thing in the morning. So I got a ride home and left the car. The next day I had not heard from them by lunch, so I called. They had not started yet, but said they would get right to it. After work I was dropped off and still had to wait for them to finish it. Frustrated, I paid and left. The clicking was still going on. I took it to another shop and they tested the alternator which was going bad. So M & M ripped me off for over $450 and still did not fix the problem. Don't be fooled by the cross on the window.

Nice people, but basically incompetent. Came originally from the advice of a person below, but I have not found the same experience. They are just taking guesses and replacing parts at your expense. One time after waiting a week for some electrical parts and being charged over $650, the problem still existed. Another shop replaced a cable and charged $20 to take care of the problem. Archie claims to be an expert on Transmissions, but after his rebuild, it had to be brought back 3 times is less than 3000 miles as it broke again and again. He blamed driving and each time took over 4 weeks till vehicle was returned. Turns out that the rebuilt transmissions by Maintenance and More were missing 2 interlocking pins as well as some parts that should have been replaced with a rebuild. After the first time it broke I was having it towed there due to warranty. Tow truck driver said “nice people, but they don’t know what they are doing.” I should have listened to him.

I don't know what the guy below me is saying, partly due to his abhorrent grammar/spelling, but Maintenance & More is run by the most stand-up guys I've encountered in the automotive repair business. Marty, Archie, Big Jon, and everyone else I've interacted with have been nothing short of professional, knowledgeable, and patient (especially when it comes to my endless questions); they also offer extremely fair prices. I would recommend Maintenance & More to any and everyone who needs their car serviced.

Maintenance and More Automotive Inc is not your ordinary auto repair facility. From the mechanics to the owner they are great guys that know their stuff. We happened upon the shop in need of some break work while traveling through town. It was closing time but they stayed to help us get the all necessary parts ordered so they could have the parts first thing the next morning to get started. They made a call to a hotel to reserve a room for us, took us to the hotel, stored our truck and true to their word had the truck ready to go the next morning by 10:30 am. They also gave us a great tip on a state park to visit. We can't thank them enough for their help and the job they did for us to keep us on the road. Thank you Archie, Marty and all the guys!!!

Maintenance and More Automotive inc is an honest repair shop where you know your not getting ripped off like at the dealership. They will be truly honest with you and in this business that's huge. The owner is really their for the customer and I am a true test to that. I have compared many places before I get work done on my car and they are cheaper.I have had some major repair work done and I haven't had to go back on what they fixed. You can actually go in for an oil change and come out with one. They are very thorough, very affordable, very friendly, courteous, but most of all very trustworthy, and honest. Come give this place a try the mechanics they have are excellent and they know what they are doing. Why go to the dealership and pay more for the same thing you can get at maintenance and more for a whole lot less. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Give them a try or just stop by I did and now I am a loyal customer because they are a loyal business.
