Bad,very bad..... they forgot a lug nut on one of my tires when I got them rotated and they told me I need brakes in the front. So I went to a mechanic and they said my breaks are good. I don't trust them

Didnt put the type of oil in I requested- substituted without my permission Got back to Michigan and couldnt remove oil plug or filter because they put it on to tight.

Brian, Travis and the rest of the staff do a great job. They let you know what may need work in the future. Although you may not think of it as a repair shop, Brian is an excellent mechanic and will do a lot of work at a very fair price.

They have serviced my 2004 dodge 1500 since new, Always good service no one around can even come close to .Want to thank them for all there hard work and quality of service I I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was the Best Service I ever had. Fast Courteous, very knoledgable Experts.. they asked questions about my Vehicle and pointed out the Manufacuurers Recommendations I was never "sold" anything, but suggestions were offered They looked at everything, filled all the necesssary fluids as needed, even vacuumed the Interior at no extra charge. Try and get THAT from the Dealer, haha. I highly recommend this Facility

Thought these guys were good initially, but after servicing my vehicle for over a year (service every three months) my van had no automatic transmission fluid in it, resulting in my transmission being ruined. This was one of the checks that they were suppose to do on every oil change, Apparently they didn�t because when my transmission failed I pulled over to check it and it took 4 quarts to fill it. It would not have been that low after 3 months of driving, unless it was leaking, and it was not. Therefore they failed to check the transmission level for a considerable period of time. I brought the vehicle over there and they insisted they checked it every time. Which they could not have, I (in my younger days I worked in a garage) and use to do this work myself. Someone screwed up and they do not want to admit it. I always park my van (it is a wheelchair van) on pavement at work and at home, there was never any leaks, and certainly none of that quantity that I would of missed it. I alw
