Nobles Marine service

I made the unfortunate decision to take my boat to this facility for repairs as the bilge was full of oil. When I brought the boat in I was told by the manager Susanna that I would hear from the mechanic within 7-10 business days. After 14 days of not hearing anything, I called to find out what was going on and I was told they still havent looked at the boat. When I questioned Susanna about it she told me, they had mechanic issues and I could always come get the boat and take it to another place for repairs! She had me between a rock in a hard place because if I took the boat somewhere else, I would have to wait in line again until someone would look at it, so I chose to leave the boat there. After 5 weeks I was told the boat was ready. I came and got in on a Saturday and took it to the water. When I went to get on plane the boat would not go and was sluggish. I opened the engine bay and see the engine is half covered with water! I immediately called Nobles while this was going on, and again talked to Susanna who told me they took the fresh water plug out while the boat was there and she forgot to tell me and that this was "her bad". She didnt offer to come help she did nothing while the wife and I were basically sinking in the boat!!I jumped in the water and sure enough the plug was not in. I happened in have a wood dowel I shoved in the hole and slowed the water. I got back to the trailer and took the boat back to them. I asked where the plug was. They couldnt find it and put another plug in that ended up stripping the plastic threads of the receiver!I contacted Sharon Nobles who did not call me back until the following Wednesday. When I did talk to her, she was apologetic and told me I could bring the boat back in and they would look it over.My wife and I decided we would not take our investment back to them.We took the boat out this weekend, Now it stalls when you try to give it gas or when you back off full thottle. It runs fine at idle and at full speed. The mechanic told me when he test drove the boat that it was running great! I dont know if this problem is related to all the water that was around the engine or not, but what is most frustrating is that since this was the first time we ran the boat since the repairs, the original problem we took the boat in for(the oil leak) is back as the bildge is full of oil again!!
