We began over 25 years ago in Florida’s nature coast. The company is owned and operated by a Crystal River native and all its employees live in the local area. SMG has always taken pride in having reliable service and being honest people.   At SMG, we have vast experience in transporting raw materials and performing site work in many different aspects of our industry; from moving stone and sand from mines to end users, and hauling hot-mix asphalt for road projects to transporting recyclable and waste materials from Florida’s power plants. We also have the capability to do complete site work; commercial, residential or industrial. We possess master general contracts at places such as the Duke Energy Plant in Citrus County. Land clearing is a part of our services as well, whether it is a lot for a new home or acreage for any other use. We will transport any type of heavy construction or agriculture equipment or if a driver needs to take the CDL test, SMG is a Florida Department of Transportation approved commercial driver license test center.   With certified diesel mechanics and master general contractors, as well as top notch commercial truck and heavy equipment operators on staff, SMG will take care of any need you have.
