If I could give 0 stars I would! They don't tell you they send out your clothes or coats! Took a coat there Friday, was called Monday saying I needed to sign a release form for them to clean it! What!? They don't even have the coat, they sent it out somewhere else & say they won't clean it because it has leather on it & no one says anything when you drop it off! No communication. Had I known it was going to sit the whole weekend & never get cleaned I never would have gone there! Never will I go there again!! Horrible place!

I brought a jacket in for alterations and cleaning and was quoted $14 with my military discount. When i came to pick it up, I had to pay $36, which i didn't really have, because i budgeted for the $14 i was quoted. Not to mention the jacket still had some staining on it. This is how they make their money i suppose, otherwise they hold your clothes hostage. Absolutely irate right now. This is how you 'appreciate the service members' ? NO THANK YOU. Beyond shady business practices!! Never coming to this place again.

we have been going here for years and have always experienced both great service and great dry cleaning!
