Avoid these idiots. They made an error on my loan and blamed me. After paying the loan off, I got a call saying that I still owed them a considerable amount of money because they never charged me interest for the nine months I carried the loan. That is their error--they admitted it--but they told me it was 'both' our faults. Since when am I supposed to catch a financial institution's errors? I'm not a banker and had auto pay. What they did with my payments is not my problem. Just about everyone I spoke to at the Cudahy office was just plain moronic. Again: avoid this place at all costs. Take your business elsewhere.
