My car broke down and AAA towed it here because it was the closest Dodge dealership. They had my car for a week and no one ever called me to update me. 9 out of 10 times when I called I got an answering machine. I left at least 2 messages a day and no calls were ever returned. When someone does answer they say I'm going to go get so and so, but come back a minute later and say they can't find them and to leave my name and number, but no one ever called back. I finally got a hold of the right person today just to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong with it, but they could keep it longer to keep looking. Ummm, hell to the no!!! I'm picking my car up today and if it breaks down again I'll take it somewhere else.

I do not recommend buying a vehicle at this dealership. We went there looking to buy a vehicle. We saw two vehicles that we like and our salesman would not tell us the price for the vehicles. He said his manager could. We ask to speak to the manager who was not very friendly at all. He too wouldn't give us the price for the vehicles unless we told him which vehicle we like the most. We told him we like both and he still wouldn't tell us. This was crazy. Never been to a dealership where they can't give you a price for a car. They lost our business and I hope they lose more after people see this review.
