Whataburger Corporate definitely needs to do a surprise visit on this location! The food is good in my experience, but the service is TERRIBLE!! It took us 30 minutes to get a small order! I could've driven home, made my own breakfast, & come back to Cuero in this amount of time! Ridiculous! And the employees could clearly care less about being there.

This by far is the worse service we have ever encountered at a Whataburger. Employees not taking orders and playing around instead of serving food. Drive through attendee with headset was rude after I stated her microphone outside must be broken because nobody responded even after 3 or 4 minutes. I felt violated and totally disrespected. You would think a wonderful establishment like Whataburger would filter out the ignorant ones who rather just play or argue with each other. Sadly this is the only WB in town. I'm calling the main office in San Antonio tomorrow to get this poorly managed location in proper working conditions. If that means reevaluating employees and management then so be it because this is is totally unacceptable. If I don't hear back from them I'm reporting the business to the BBB.

Worse place I been to so far. The general manager was very rude and didn't even talk to me and was rolling her eyes at me and just stuck her nose up at me. Food was messed up 3 times and prices were wrong. And was over charging me on extra sauce.
