Top Notch Contractor! I couldn't be happier with the work Rick has done to my house. From remodels to repair he can do it all and do it best! I will not hesitate to hire him again.

Rick and his crew responded quickly to repair and upgrade our purchased home built in 1994.

Prior to purchase, we had it inspected ..but discovered many items "missedf" . Rick found needed repairs & worked on plumbing , sub floors , crawl space vents, garage and exterior door repairs , pool fencing and gates , termite and water damage, and much more in a friendly and courteous manner . He stayed with the jobs , and we had our repaired home in a timely manner . The prices were very fair ,and all debris was disposed of and areas kept very clean day to day. Rick is the best!

he remodeled a pre-forclosure I bought. one room had to have the sub floor replaced. several crawl space vents were damaged and replaced. termite damage was r+r'd after treated by a insect guy. columns outside were repaired from water damage. exterior doors and garage trim plates repaired along with frame. fence had several boards replaced, cleaned and painted, gates repaired. plumbing, leaks, repairs and new disposer installed. replaced sconces and ceiling light. bathroom vent tubes installed. roof flashing installed. also closed in a tray ceiling that was not finished when the house was built. r+r book cases and fire place surround. on time and called ahead before showing up. cleaned up a lot of mold inside, molded insulation since bathroom vents dumped moisture into it and under house.

did a better house inspection than the company that did the purchase inspection. clean, courteous and stayed with our projects until completed. also carted all debris away , and prices were very fair.
