First time at Carlton's. I was hoping to take lasagna home to my wife. I was given the option of small or extra large although if I ate in I could also choose medium. Just put the medium entre' in a large box. Smh

If I dined in and ordered the medium and then, as it arrived, be called away could I get it in a go box?

If you want my business don't limit my options.

( We were waiting on candid camera to tell us it was a prank ) we called our order in 3 medium 2 small lasagna's ALL 5 WITH CHEESE bread we arived no table's available we have one out side a little cool but ok we then placed a TOGO order medium lasagna with cheese bread waitress comes back to the table tell's us you can not get a medium TOGO ok make it a small with CHEESE bread when the first 2 lasagna's come out NO cheese bread she said i'm sorry the other 3 came out with no bread we had lasagna and later we had bread can we get ya'll anything else YES the TOGO order lasagna with CHEESE bread the TOGO order came out im not kidding NO CHEESE BREAD almost unbelievable you just got to laugh.

Although I haven't tried the entire menu, I recommend Carlton's. I enjoy the pizza's and the calzone I sae was HUGE. The ingredients seem fresh, and the staff is great.

Oh.my.goodness! Pure awesomeness! From Cajun Pasta to Baked Ravioli to Ravioli Florentine! The cheese sauces on the baked entrees were so creamy rich! The Cajun dish had just the right amount of Louisiana spice! The little guest at our table enjoyed the pizza. The Calzone needed some dipping marinara sauce. That's not all. There are cheesecakes made by a local couple that are devine!

OMG.... The blackberry cheesecake cobbler is a SIN! So good you will not be sorry you ate the calories! Splurge Day Only!! Great service and friendly too

Went here for lunch with another couple and we all enjoyed it very much. Food was good and fresh tasting, service was great and prices extremely reasonable.

We were camping at Smith Lake and looking for somewhere great for dinner... found this place downtown... I had ravioli and my husband had a calzone, but as good as the food was, he loved the decor... old glass topped doors as tables, etc... just beautiful... they do serve wine and beer and were very accomodating about questions about local sites, etc... we loved it and will be back.

Carlton's is our favorite place in Cullman ...awesome food,wonderful staff,atmosphere,ect....we love it..you should give them a try

My friend and I ate supper here while in town. She ordered a create your own pizza and I got lasagna. They were both excellent and the atmosphere was great. I would defiantly eat there again.

We eat at Carlton's whenever we get the chance. It is so good that there is always waiting room only on the weekends. But worth the wait; which is normally not to long. In the spring and summer you can enjoy their outdoor dining area which is very quaint. I have never had a bad meal and the service is always great.

I have been to Carlton's a number of times over the past 15 years when visiting family in Cullman, Alabama and have never been disappointed. They have super pizza, tasty spaghetti and a lovely atmosphere in their most recent location. The servers are pleasant and accomodating. We have eaten 'in' and carried out both and the quality has been good. Stop by!

I love visiting Carlton's with family and friends! Everything I have eaten has been tasty but, as simple as it is, the garlic bread with marinara dipping sauce is the highlight of every meal!

Carlton's has the talent for yankee style italian food (such as the true chef by the name of jason) but sad to say they are still small scale (being in the south) if they were to upsize their restaurant (meaning more room to seat more people and a bigger kitchen) carlton's I have no doubt would truly rival a northern italian restaurant! The specials thurs-sat nights are truly from new york, go and see for yourself and then tell your friends, help make this the true (northern) italian restaurant in the south (cullman,al.) That it should be
