Lived here for 18 months. After the first year is month to month with 30 day notice which was a huge help knowing there was no pressure there.
Maintained very well.
There are rules that are enforced thoroughly that a few others did not agree with. But to me, every rule was reasonable, brought peace of mind, and allowed me to live in peace without worrying of a neighbor whom I may disagree with (ie. Dogs are allowed but to many complaints for constant barking results in "write ups.")

All together, Cullman only offers so many apartment complexes, and Covey Chase is by far the nicest, well kept rentals!

nice property. right in town, but noone knows they are back there. well kept property. no parties which was a plus!! on site managment and maintenance. no disturbances.
