Provided by YP.comHad satellite. Was being billed over $400 a month in overages and the satellite company kept billing me for "tokens". Was desperate to find an alternative and heard about this company in the coffee shop one day. Thanks GOODNESS. Took my order, tech showed up on time, no issues, and it's run great ever since. I don't know how I got by so long without it. Thank GOODNESS for Cyber!

Provided by YPmobileI've been a customer for the past 10+ years and wanted to share that I've found CBB to be extremely customer focused and very responsive to maintaining a quality of service that meets and exceeds both my personal and business Internet needs. Over the past 10 years I've seen service offerings improve with constant equipment upgrades, billing upgrades and overall responsiveness constantly improving. I've seen CBB grow from a very small business to a company that I can depend on. I use CBB to host training events on a worldwide basis and have never received a complaint from my students. When I call or email CBB I always get a personal response within an hour or two. I really appreciate advanced notice of planned upgrades, expected weather related outages or overnight maintenance plans. When the rare outage occurs, I get timely updates via my cell or landline. You can't ask for a more customer focused team of professionals! I recently received a major upgrade and find my CBB service to be the best possible -given my rural location. If you're looking for a 5 star ISP offering a full range of personal and business offerings, a company always improving its service and availability, then I strongly continue to recommend CBB! They ROCK!

Provided by YPmobileWell let me just say this is one of the worst internet companies I've ever been with first there price is way to high for just internet secondly there service is of poor quality third they don't seem to know what there doing and they are very unprofessional when I was living in my house last summer I needed internet so I had gotten service with them I called and set up an appointment they said it would be a week before they were out there it took almost 2 months before they even came out and then I called them to ask why hadn't anyone came to set the service up they acted like it wasn't a priority to hook my service up after I got the internet it was kept going down I can count probably 15 times it took almost 2 weeks each time for them to get out there the internet was slow and they were very rude this past summer I moved and then they charged me for 2 months of internet when I called them to give them a heads up that I was moving and that someone needed to come out and disconnect the service I hadn't been living there in 2 months and the charged me over 300 dollars after I told them I wanted my bills to paid through the mail they just took it out of my bank account I have to say one of the worst service internet providers you can get, ID rather pay over 100 dollars for internet a month even though its to high if I was getting a good connection time worthy people and organized professionals to, thanks for letting me share.

Provided by YP.comIf your looking for something just a bit better than dialup then this is your company. $65 a month, advertised 3.0 mbs download, but don't count on ever seeing this speed, even with the best home router. The average speed is 1.45mbs download. Customer service is ok.
