The atmosphere at this pharmacy is warm, friendly and inviting. The staff truly care about the customers and it shows by how they know and remember them by name. It always smells so good and even the selection in music played over the speakers is pleasant. If ever I have to wait for a prescription to be filled, I can browse through the gift shop, drink some coffee and maybe even munch on a cookie. This pharmacy is owned and operated by a family that has lived in Cullman all their lives and loves the people of Cullman. Large chain pharmacies cannot offer the special services that Grand Pointe Pharmacy offers. Lastly, Angie is available in emergencies and will deliver. My aunt was under hospice care for pancreatic cancer and needed special help after the pharmacy was closed. When Angie was called by the hospice nurse, she quickly filled the order and delivered it to her home. I don't know of any other pharmacy that provides such services and it's well worth the difference because of the special attention to the customers that chain pharmacies can't afford.

What a great bunch of people. The staff feels like family. Service is top notch and Angie and her staff recognize and acknowledge you by name when you walk in the door or use the drive thru
