Worst experience ever with this company who delivered my furniture that I purchased from Wayfair. Not only were they rude to my husband during the first delivery, we NEVER received a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to the first time, and the second time we got the courtesy call it was the minute they stepped onto my porch. They never gave me time to arrive home. It was not a 30 MINUTE courtesy call as the lady at the front desk promised as well as
Wayfair.

When I text the delivery personel halfway home, he said it's a front porch delivery, it's already there. Now, while I realize we only paid for front porch delivery, the last time they dropped off the loveseat, they sat it inside the front door, we did not ask them to unpack, nor did we pay for that. BUT, he was very unempathetic, and did NOT care at all. The delivery personel's attitude was very, very poor. It was blocking the doorway LITERALLY and we could not get in the front door. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.

I contacted Wayfair and they handled it professionally and apologized for Henderson moving and storage for the way they handled the delivery. They made it right.

Beware. Henderson Transfer was utilized to deliver my new bedroom furniture. After nearly three weeks of being in their possession my furniture was finally scheduled to be delivered. I was told I would receive a call an hour before they arrived but instead received a call five minutes before they arrived. I didn't have enough time to get home and they left. After repeated phone calls to the company owner, I was told there was no way to deliver that day because they had 15 more deliveries and would not have time to finish them all. Only after contacting the store I purchased the furniture from and having them contact Henderson did they get my furniture to me. It arrived uncovered in the truck and covered with dents, rub marks, splintered wood, etc. Little care had been taken to ensure my new furniture arrived undamaged. Apparently earlier in the day the delivery agents' truck door flew open and their dolly and drill fell out. This was not the quality of delivery the white glove service suggested. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
