The entire staff and doctors are great and professional at all times. The routine check ups are on time and always efficient. When ordering contacts, I have always been greeted on the phone with a professional manner and have always received my orders quicker than expected.

They suck customer service on a warrenty bad period I have payed 500.00 dollar for a pair of glasses that suck .

I have used Marx for years but my most recent visit was extremely unpleasant due to incompetency from office staff. Especially the girl at the front desk who came up behind me, put her hand on my arm and applied slight pressure to turn me around to tell me the mistakes made were not hers. That was extremely inappropriate behavior although the manager Goldie disagreed with my assessment of that action. A mistake was made causing more expensive contacts to be ordered and paid for. When no one called on Friday when the contacts were supposed to be in I called and was told that no contacts were ordered. The manager Goldie finally called and explained that the contacts were not ordered because someone reviewed the file and found the mistake. I said ok, but no one corrected the mistake or called to inform me of the mistake? Goldie said they were just about to call me. Sure they were. Although I will miss the optometrist greatly I cannot deal with the office personnel's incompetence and apathy.

The staff at MARX OPTICAL is the best in eye care i have seen thus far! They have always showed me nothing but the best care & concern for the health of my eyes. I have & would recommend MARX OPTICAL to everyone i know!!!
