I've have always been satisfied with each purchase,, I buy about 300 dollars a month from them, various things I need as far as tools and things around the house and odd and things you can't find elsewhere. Had one problem with a battery not charging in one of the police flashlights. They just simply gave me a new one. But please keep your receipt. Otherwise how are they to know where you purchased it from?

Terrible, I bought 3 18v Makita Cordless drill sets, got to jobsite the next morning opened them up and one set didn't have the batteries in it, I called them and they basically called me a liar over the phone but said they would give me the batteries, went there this morning to pick them up and they called me a liar to my face, but said I could have the batteries, told them to keep them. ****** I WOULDN'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN****** IF I DID I WOULD CHECK IT BEFORE I LEFT THE BUILDING ******* Rating FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
